Pro Comm Inc. started in 1976 by Harold W. Stegman and his wife Nancy J. Stegman. Harold W. Stegman had 20 years of radio experience from his work in the United States Airforce and Cook Communications.

Through the years Pro Comm Inc. has held dealerships with Motorola, Midland, GE, Kenwood and many others. Currently the company specializes in two-way sales and service as a full-line dealership for Motorola and Kenwood radios.  In 2013 Pro Comm Inc partnered with D&R Electronics to provide custom vehicle solutions for emergency and utility vehicles.
